What if I don’t know exactly what the problem is?

That’s normal. We’ll work with you to frame it before the workshop. You don’t need a precise scope — just the symptoms and context.

Do you cover technical issues too?

We focus on functional problems — business processes, system configuration, and adoption. We’ll highlight technical issues if we find them, but we don’t debug code or do performance tuning.

How fast can we schedule the session?

Usually within 5 business days. If it’s urgent, we’ll do our best to move faster.
